The Walk
Started in 1997, the introduction known as "The Walk" has become what is now
one of the most electrifying introductions in football. The Saints march from the
field house to the Champions Stadium gate while the chilling pre-game music
plays. Upon getting to the gate the Saints see their fans lined up and the gold
helmet and tunnel ready for them to take the field. Smoke, fireworks, videos and
music make for just one more thing that takes Shiloh Football to the next level.
Game Morning Prayer
Shiloh football players meet at the Champions Stadium gates every game
morning after breakfast and pray over that nights game.
Thursday Devotion
The Saints are fortunate enough to have devotions catered by area resteraunts
every Thursday after a walk through practice. A good meal and fellowship with
teammates is another unique experience at SC.
Dad Spirit Line
When playoff time comes at Shiloh, everyone knows you take it to another level.
This is exemplified by the Saints dads lining the sideline and welcoming the
players onto the field for warm-ups.
Thanksgiving Day Practice
The Saints are regularly playing deep into the playoffs on thanksgiving. As a
result of this, the early morning practice has become one of the best traditions at
Shiloh. Many parents and fans come and watch the Saints prepare at this special
practice.
Thanksgiving Bon Fire
On the day before the Thanksgiving week game, the pep rally is anything but
ordinary. A giant bon fire built in a field accompanies the Shiloh band and
cheerleaders on a cold November night.
State Championship Week
Every time the Saints make it to "The Rock" to play for another State
Championship, the festivities make for an unforgettable experience. The players,
band, cheerleaders, and fans all stay at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock.
Interaction between all of the pieces that make Shiloh Football successful makes
the week another unique time. The night before the game, there is a huge pep
rally outside of War Memorial Stadium that gets the fans ready for the Saints to
bring home another trophy.
Blue and Gold
Shiloh Christian's orginial school colors were Royal Blue and Yellow. In 1994,
the Saints went to Navy Blue and Gold colors and got new uniforms. 1997
brought the "Notre Dame look", when the Saints broke out the replica uniforms
and changing the school colors to Navy Blue and Vegas Gold.
The Fight Song
When the Saints Go Marching In

"Oh, when the saints go marching in
Oh, when the saints go marching in
Lord how I want to be in that number
When the saints go marching in"
Senior Night Uniforms
The Saints always wear Blue on Blue for Senior Night at Champions Stadium,
as opposed to the traditional Blue on Gold uniform.
Playoff Jerseys
All of the Fathers will wear their sons jersey at every playoff game as a proud
representation of who they are. This is a tradition that was started back in 1997
at the very first State Championship game.
